This is one of the things I love about California.  The sound of the geese migrating.  It reminds me of home.  We didn't get this in Vegas...  Also, if you decide to run like this - plan on running through a ton of poop (once she started running, there was no turning back - so we made the most of it)!

After what seemed 2 weeks of fighting an infection in her mouth, then a long wedding weekend in Vegas, we finally made it to the pumpkin patch.  Slim pickings, but we made due.  More photos to come...of the costume, the pumpkin patch, the wedding, and of course our check-ups.  Until then - Have a Happy and Safe Halloween!

Time sure has gone quick. I'm taking our sweetie cakes to the doctor today. Another issue in that mouth of hers. I'm sure some day she will have lips that the world adores...I guess it's true - it hurts to be beautiful.  Yet, somehow she still finds time in between to joke, laugh, and play! (Look close at this video - her lip is the size of texas) Really, where has the time gone?

One rough day filled with tears (yes, both of us) followed by a day of perfection.  We stopped at the local airport to enjoy a bag of peanut m&m's as the vintage planes took off and landed during fleet week. She said she wants to be a helicopter pilot when she grows up.  Maybe someday she can fly me around the world...
